What Is a Co-Injection Plastic Pail?
A co-injection plastic pail is manufactured using multiple layers of material within the pail structure rather than a single uniform material throughout.
M&M Industries’ ReGenesis™ pail uses a co-injection manufacturing process that creates a core containing Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) surrounded by layers of virgin material. In the configuration described by M&M, PCR can make up as much as 43% of the product, with virgin material comprising the remaining layers.
